Contraindications

Cattle: Deep IM neck only. Do not re-inject within 30 days. Useful pre-monsoon prophylaxis.

Mechanism of action

Vit A (retinol) — epithelial integrity, vision, reproduction; Vit D3 (cholecalciferol) — calcium and phosphorus homeostasis via 1,25-OH vit D activation; Vit E (alpha-tocopherol) — antioxidant, membrane stabilisation, muscle function. Biotin — keratinisation of hoof, skin, hair. Depot oil-based injection releases over 30–60 days.
